Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and Sandibet ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://sandibet.cam and all associated services, applications, features, and content (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or placing any wager on the Sandibet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Sandibet is operated for the entertainment of eligible adult players. The platform offers sports betting, online casino games, live dealer tables, and related gaming services to members who satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on Sandibet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform. Sandibet operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gambling best practices applicable to casino-style and sports wagering activities.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or when placing any wager.
4. Single Account: Each individual person may hold only one (1) active account. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
5. Own Behalf: You must be acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
6. Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Registration

To open an account with Sandibet, you are required to complete the online registration form by providing accurate personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Sandibet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Sandibet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide reasons. Account approval is subject to internal verification processes and compliance checks.

Terms of Use

By using the Sandibet platform, you agree to use the Service solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You acknowledge that the Service is provided for entertainment purposes and that participation in gambling activities involves financial risk.

You agree not to:

• Access the Platform using automated means, bots, scripts, or other non-human methods;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from any part of the Platform;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its associated systems;
• Transmit any harmful, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content through the Platform;
• Use the Platform in any manner that could expose Sandibet or its members to legal liability;
• Exploit any technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain.

Sandibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your Sandibet account must be made using payment methods authorised and supported by the Platform, which currently include: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, BTC, and USDT. All account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, higher limits may be subject to enhanced KYC verification. Sandibet does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or deposits from third-party accounts.

Sandibet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Cryptocurrency deposits are processed upon one (1) network confirmation and credited to your account at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.

Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. Your account must have successfully completed the KYC verification process prior to your first withdrawal.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
3. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
4. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
5. Sandibet processes the majority of approved withdrawal requests within 5 minutes via DuitNow and FPX during normal operating conditions.
6. Sandibet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where transactions are unusually large or otherwise flagged by our risk management system.

Sandibet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network congestion outside of our control. Members are advised to contact their financial institution if a processed withdrawal does not appear within 24 hours.

Bonuses & Promotions

Sandibet offers a range of promotional bonuses, loyalty rewards, and special offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless expressly stated, bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash equivalent, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Sandibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including, but not limited to, hedging, arbitrage betting, or low-risk coverage strategies using bonus funds — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Sandibet platform are subject to the specific game rules, sports betting rules, and event-specific terms applicable to the relevant market or game at the time the wager is accepted.

Sandibet reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend any wager in the following circumstances:

• The bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing error or technical malfunction;
• The relevant event is cancelled, postponed beyond the prescribed cut-off period, or deemed void under applicable sports rules;
• The wager was placed by an ineligible member or in breach of these Terms;
• There is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or suspicious betting activity relating to the relevant event.

In-play bets are accepted at the sole discretion of Sandibet. We reserve the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted in error during a suspension period will be voided and stakes refunded.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sandibet platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity;
2. Fraud: Any form of deception, misrepresentation, or fraudulent conduct directed at Sandibet or other members;
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format;
4. Arbitrage Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers or odds discrepancies in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational wagering;
5. Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, AI-assisted decision tools, or any automated system to place wagers without genuine human decision-making;
6. Identity Misrepresentation: Operating under a false identity, registering on behalf of another person, or circumventing age verification measures.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Sandibet platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, data compilations, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sandibet or its duly licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Sandibet.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sandibet, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Sandibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sandibet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Responsible Gambling

Sandibet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help you manage your gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through your account settings;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts to notify you of your session duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and be excluded from Sandibet for a minimum period of six (6) months;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying your net wagering position during active sessions.

Termination & Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting Sandibet support. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unsettled bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method following successful KYC verification.

Sandibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity;
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Receipt of a legal demand, court order, or regulatory directive requiring suspension or closure.

In cases of termination for cause, Sandibet reserves the right to withhold all account balances pending investigation and, where applicable, forfeit funds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the Sandibet platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through Sandibet's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the Company's operating licence and applicable regulatory framework.

Nothing in this clause shall limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

Amendments to These Terms

Sandibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
